We’re passionate about community and making an impact.
Hi, i’m Ciera.
I’m the head florist and founder of Hollistic Arrangements + Flourish & Bloom. My love for flowers first blossomed while working as a florist at Whole Foods during undergrad, but I soon realized it was about more than just flowers; it was about community, service, and creating something meaningful. Outside of floristry, I’m an educator with a passion for guiding and uplifting youth. I also have a background in English and writing, which fuels my love for storytelling and creativity.
Now, as we evolve, we’re branching out to offer floral gardening, design, and creative wellness workshops to the broader community from youth to elders and everyone in between. Through hands-on experiences and thoughtful programming, we continue to serve with our signature style and heartfelt approach.
Whether it’s crafting meaningful arrangements or creating spaces for growth and connection, our mission remains the same: to uplift, inspire, and make a lasting impact, one bloom at a time.
Follow our journey of growth, learning, and a whole lot of flowers!
Florist History
My floral journey started long before I ever made my first bouquet. Growing up, I spent countless hours in the garden with my grandfather, learning how to nurture plants and appreciate the patience and care they require. Those early lessons sparked a love for flowers that only deepened over time.
In undergrad, I took that passion a step further by working as a florist at Whole Foods, where I discovered the art of arranging flowers and the joy of bringing smiles to people’s faces with heartfelt bouquets. That experience made me realize that flowers could be more than just beautiful—they could tell stories, build connections, and create moments of joy.
In October 2019, I launched Hollistic Arrangements with the goal of combining my love for flowers with a mission rooted in service and community. What began as a way to brighten days has now grown into something much bigger branching out to teach floral gardening to youth and provide them with meaningful opportunities to learn and grow.
Through every arrangement and every lesson, my goal has always been the same: to share the beauty of flowers and the power of community.
